Right of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal in the online shop "Fesselspiel"

As a customer of the online shop "Fesselspiel", you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without providing any reasons. We will inform you below about the details of the right of withdrawal. This applies to goods that are not custom-made. However, most of our products are "3D printed", meaning they are made specifically for you. This applies to all our 3D printed products, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, the team at "Fesselspiel", of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can send us an email at wiederruf@mx.fesselspiel.com or use the sample withdrawal form below. The notification of your withdrawal must be made before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been explicitly agreed upon with you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded, or for custom-made products. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.

Exchange of Sizes / Dissatisfaction
Although the exchange of custom-made products is excluded, if a size does not fit or you are not satisfied with the product, you can easily return or exchange it with us. Just talk to us. However, what we will not tolerate are orders that request "all sizes for viewing" and then return half of them.
